KICKZROCK.com is a web-site for purchasing AUTHENTIC sneakers, mostly Jordan and Nike. We keep our eye out for the sneakers with the most buzz or the sneakers you, the customer, email us about the most. We have been fortunate enough to have built very reliable connections for acquiring authentic and only authentic sneakers, which allows us to spread the love to you, the customer. Everyone has had a situation where there alarm clock did not wake them up early enough on a Saturday morning release or the local store only received one pair in a size 13 and that size is already gone, well KICKZROCK just wants to provide you another option.

What payment methods does KICKZROCK.com accept?

Kickzrock offers several payment methods. It is up to each customer to decide which method is best for them. We currently accept payments through credit/debit cards with the VISA or MASTERCARD logo. Kickzrock does not accept orders made using an international credit card. In order to use another brand of credit card you must use PayPal. PayPal is an e-commerce business allowing payments as well as money transfers to be made through the internet, funded with an electronic debit from your bank account or by using a credit card. Kickzrock.com NEVER receives any of your credit card information. Our payments are set up through our merchant provider and PayPal.

Is there a KICKZROCK store that I can shop in?

Unfortunately not, all purchases from KICKZROCK must be made through our web-site. www.kickzrock.com

Everything on www.KICKZROCK.com is absolutely guaranteed 100% AUTHENTIC. Some web-sites beat around the bush and play around when they mention it but not KICKZROCK. We guarantee the authenticity of every single product purchased on our web-site. KICKZROCK is different from the other sites in the fact that we are probably less like them and more like you, the customer. We have paid our dues standing in lines in the rain as well as the snow, waking up early and traveling to different cities just to pick up the latest Jordan or Nike Air Max 95. We are the type of guys that inspected every inch of the sneaker before we spent all of our allowance or paycheck on the sneaker along with the matching socks, shirt, and shorts. We are the guys that worked for free on Jordan release days just to see the crowd show up or returned school books just so we can afford the new J’s. What does all that even mean…? We know exactly what the feeling is like for a sneaker junkie when buying a new pair of kicks. We want to make sure you enjoy your purchase to the fullest as your collection continues to grow!

What is KICKZROCK.com return policy?

The item must be returned within 10 days (not including Sundays or holidays) upon arrival which we get from the tracking number located on the package and updated on the U.S.P.S. web-site. Sneakers must be in brand new condition (no exceptions). Sneakers must come in the original box that matches the item. All laces, insoles, straps, hang tags, etc. must be included. Customer assumes all responsibility with shipping cost and items lost in the mail, Kickzrock.com does not reimburse shipping fees as part of the return. There is a 5% re-stocking fee for all returns/exchanges. We reserve the right to refuse returns for any reason. To cancel a order please contact us via email at customerservice@kickzrock.com with your order number and the item(s) that need to be cancelled. Because we ship fairly quickly and in most cases the same day as the order is made, it is imperative to contact us immediately before your item is shipped.

Can I have my order sent to a gift address?

Unfortunately not. Your billing address must match your shipping address. If your shipping address is different from your billing your order will be cancelled.

How do I know when to expect my order?

All orders are shipped with a tracking number no matter the cost of your order or the shipping method. The tracking number will be emailed to you the day your package is mailed so you can get a detailed tracking of your package and an expected arrival date. Orders can be tracked at www.usps.com. Orders with a signature confirmation can take a day or two longer if no one is available to sign for the package when your mailman attempts to deliver it. Orders are generally shipped the same day if made by 3 pm EST. *We can provide signature confirmation with your shipping at no extra charge. For those who live in an apartment building or have a mailbox that does not require a key, we highly suggest selecting signature confirmation from the drop-down menu when selecting your shipping method. KICKZROCK does not assume responsibility for lost, stolen, or wrongly addressed packages.
