Worn by Anfernee PENNY Hardaway during the 1996 NBA All-Star game, the Nike Air Max Penny 1 ALL-STAR comes with a black nubuck upper with a black Phylon midsole in the shape of a wing that also serves as a mudguard on the lateral side. The Phylon midsole also features a white jeweled Swoosh logo. The tongue is made of neoprene with black and white pinstripes with an embroidered Swoosh at the top. The rear of the sneaker features the iconic Penny logo above an Air-Max Unit with a pull loop at the top combining with a pull loop on the top of the tongue for quick and easy access. The outsole is rubber with a tread pattern the continues the design pattern from the midsole. The bottom also features a large white swoosh.
